1. Introduction

jikievo collects personal data through several channels, including direct account registration, ongoing platform use, payment transactions, customer support interactions, and automated technical data collection. The categories of personal data we may collect include the following:

3.1 Identity and Contact Data

Full legal name, date of birth, nationality, residential address, email address, and mobile number. This information is collected at the point of account registration and is required to verify your identity and maintain your account.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data

Copies of government-issued identification documents (such as Philippine passport, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address documents, and proof of payment method. This data is collected when you submit a withdrawal request or when jikievo initiates a Know Your Customer (KYC) check.

3.3 Financial Data

Payment method details including GCash mobile number, Maya account details, bank account name and number (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and transaction history records. jikievo does not store full card numbers or CVV codes. Payment processing is handled by certified payment service providers.

3.4 Gaming and Activity Data

Records of games played, bets placed and settled, bonus activity, session durations, login timestamps, and responsible gaming tool usage. This data is generated automatically as a result of your use of the jikievo platform.

3.5 Technical and Device Data

IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages visited, and clickstream data. This data is collected automatically via cookies and similar tracking technologies as described in Section 7.

3.6 Communications Data

Records of your communications with jikievo customer support, including live chat transcripts, email correspondence, and any feedback or complaints you submit.

8. Data Retention

Account and Identity Data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, in line with AML record-keeping obligations.
Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by AMLC regulations.
KYC Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from account closure or from the date the document was provided, whichever is later.
Gaming Activity Logs: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of the activity.
Customer Support Records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction.
Technical Logs: Retained for up to twelve (12) months from the date of collection.

After the applicable retention period expires, jikievo will securely delete or anonymize your personal data so that it can no longer be associated with you as an individual.

jikievo will respond to verified data subject requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days, with notice provided to you. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.

10. Children's Privacy

The jikievo platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and above, consistent with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. jikievo does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If jikievo discovers or is notified that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 21 years of age, it will immediately close the account, delete the personal data collected, and void any transactions associated with that account. If you believe that a minor has registered on the jikievo platform, please notify us immediately using the contact details in Section 14.

11. Security Measures

jikievo implements a range of technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:

Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption for all data transmitted between your device and jikievo servers.
Encryption of sensitive data fields at rest within jikievo's databases.

Despite these measures, no data transmission over the internet or storage system is guaranteed to be 100% secure. You play an important role in protecting your own data by keeping your jikievo login credentials confidential and logging out of your account when using shared devices.
