Introduction

jikievo is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for the benefit of Filipino players across the Philippines. The platform provides access to slots, live dealer games, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting markets. jikievo is accessible at jikievo.net and through any affiliated subdomains or applications made available from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all activities conducted on the jikievo platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonus participation, customer support interactions, and use of any promotional materials. These Terms form the entire agreement between you and jikievo with respect to your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

Eligibility

To register and use jikievo, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of jikievo or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or business partners.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether applied through jikievo or any national or industry-wide exclusion scheme.
• You have not previously had a jikievo account closed for cause, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, or breach of these Terms.

jikievo reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the period specified by jikievo may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

Account Registration

To access jikievo's gaming services, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all accounts:

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. jikievo is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player may hold only one active jikievo account at any time. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jikievo will close all but the original account and may, at its sole discretion, forfeit any balances held in the duplicate accounts.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account will be attributed to you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jikievo support immediately via the 24/7 live chat channel.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

jikievo is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC documents may include a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. jikievo reserves the right to request KYC documents at any stage, including at account opening, before processing a withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jikievo accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your jikievo wallet immediately upon authorization. Other payment channels may take up to one (1) business day to reflect.

jikievo does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to other individuals will be reversed and the originating account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account registered in your own name that matches the name on your jikievo account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and Maya withdrawals from fully verified accounts are typically processed within ten (10) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

jikievo reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if KYC requirements have not been satisfied, if there is an ongoing investigation into suspicious account activity, or if the withdrawal request does not comply with these Terms.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on jikievo are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion is applied on deposits or withdrawals made in PHP.

Bonuses & Promotions

jikievo offers bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the bonus is offered. In addition, the following general rules apply to all jikievo bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by the individual player to whom they are offered. Sharing, transferring, or selling bonuses is prohibited.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise explicitly stated.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be stated on the applicable promotion page.
• jikievo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Where jikievo reasonably believes that a player is abusing a promotion — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other strategy designed to extract value without genuine recreational intent — jikievo may withhold the bonus, cancel any related winnings, and suspend or close the account.
• Bonus funds expire if not used within the validity period stated in the specific bonus terms.

Gaming Rules

All games available on the jikievo platform operate under specific game rules that are accessible within the game interface. These rules form part of these Terms & Conditions and are equally binding. The following general gaming rules apply across all jikievo products:

• All jikievo games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure random and fair outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.
• Bets placed and accepted by the jikievo system are final. Once a round has begun and a bet has been accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled by the player.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or other system error during a game round, jikievo will use all available data to reconstruct the game state and determine the correct outcome. If reconstruction is not possible, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
• jikievo reserves the right to void bets or withhold payouts where it determines that a game outcome was affected by a technical error, software malfunction, or circumstances outside of normal operating parameters.
• All displayed odds, house edges, and Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical values based on the game's mathematical model. Actual results will vary and may differ materially from these theoretical values over any given session.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jikievo platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Cheating Software: Using bots, automated betting systems, exploits, or any software that provides an unfair advantage over normal gameplay.
• Money Laundering: Using jikievo to facilitate the transfer, concealment, or laundering of proceeds from illegal activity.
• Charge-backs: Initiating a charge-back or payment reversal on any deposit made to jikievo without first exhausting the dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an advantage. Any winnings accumulated through exploitation of known errors are void.
• Abusive Behavior: Threatening, harassing, or abusing jikievo staff or other players through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jikievo platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, sound effects, and database compilations — is the exclusive property of jikievo or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jikievo platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the jikievo platform or its content without the prior written consent of jikievo. Any unauthorized use will result in the immediate termination of your licence and may give rise to legal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jikievo's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your jikievo account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jikievo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even if jikievo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The jikievo platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jikievo does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect platform availability without prior notice.

Privacy

jikievo collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You should read the Privacy Policy carefully before registering.

Responsible Gaming

jikievo is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. Gambling on jikievo is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be pursued as a means of generating income or solving financial problems.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered jikievo players from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period.

Account Suspension & Closure

jikievo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe.
• Player request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon closure of an account for any reason other than breach of these Terms, any genuine cash balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Amendments

jikievo reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jikievo will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where appropriate, by notifying registered players via email or in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the jikievo platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using jikievo and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jikievo's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

To initiate a dispute, you must first contact jikievo support in writing via the email address listed in Section 15 below. jikievo will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavor to resolve it within 14 business days. If jikievo's response is unsatisfactory, you may escalate the matter through the appropriate regulatory channels.
